摘  要:针对船舶主机遥控系统的冗余多传感器测速系统结构,为改进传统的船舶主机测速算法,通过基于测量误差理论和物理量限值的分析,提出了一种主机冗余多传感器测速数据处理算法。该算法具有转速输入通道故障判断、转速测量值滤波和冗余多路转速值取舍等功能。经试验应用,达到了预期的效果。A data processing algorithm is introduced for processing main engine speed measurements from redundant multiple sensors. The algorithm is developed according to the system structure of the Ship Main Engine Remote Control System based on the theory of measurement error and the analysis of physical limiting value of the measurements. The algorithm includes the functions of speed input channel fault diagnosis, speed measurement smoothing and input channel selection. Experiment tests and application experience show notable performance improvements compared to normally used algorithms.
