摘 要:通过XRD、ICP、BET、NH3-TPD等表征手段,对不同规格的HZSM-5分子筛的理化性质进行表征,并在连续流动固定床微型反应装置上进行了反应性能研究。结果表明,硅铝比、结晶度以及晶粒尺寸都对苯和甲醇甲基化反应行为有显著影响,硅铝比越高,其水热结构稳定性越好;一定的硅铝比、结晶度高、晶粒度约为1 000 nm的HZSM-5分子筛催化剂对于苯和甲醇甲基化反应具有较好的综合催化效果:在400℃、0.5 MPa、苯空速4.0 h-1、氢苯物质的量比1.0、苯醇物质的量比2.0的条件下,甲醇转化率为99.92%,苯转化率为27.09%,甲苯和二甲苯总选择性为58.32%。The physical and chemical performance of HZSM - 5 molecular sieve of different specifications were characterized by XRD, ICP, BET and NH3 - TPD, and reaction performance of the molecular sieve were studied in the continuous flow fixed bed micro reactor. Result showed that the ratio of silica - alumina ratio, degree of crystallinity and size of crystal grain had obvious effects on the methylation reaction behavior of benzene and methanol. The higher the silica -alumina ratio, the hydrothermal stability was better, and HZSM -5 molecular sieve catalyst with certain silica - alumina ratio, high degree of crystallinity and crystal grain size number of 1 000 nm had good comprehensive catalytic effects on the methylation reaction : at the conditions of 400 ℃, 0.5 MPa, benzene air speed of 4. 0 h-1, hydrogen - benzene molar ratio of 1.0, benzene - methanol molar ratio of 2. 0,the conversion rate of methanol reached 99. 92% ,conversion rate of benzene was 27.09% ,and the total selectivity of toluene and xylene was 58.32%.
