摘  要:为保证矿用电动机的安全可靠运行,利用MSP430单片机设计了一种电动机运行监控系统。系统由现场监控终端和上位机两部分组成,二者之间通过CAN总线网络进行数据交换。监控终端以单片机MSP430F149为核心,使用电能表芯片CS5460A和DS18B20采集电机运行时的电量及温度信息,判断电机的运行状态,信息通过CAN总线网络实时上传至上位机,上位机也可对监控终端进行控制和设置。设计了系统的硬件电路及软件,系统结构设计简洁、可靠性高,具有一定的工程实用价值。In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mine motor,A monitoring system of motor operation was designed by using of MSP430 microcontroller. The system is divided into two parts:on-site monitoring terminal and host computer, and data communications between them was completed via the CAN bus network.The core of monitoring terminal is microcontroller MSP430F149.The action of monitoring terminal is to collect information of electricity and temperature by using of CS5460A and DS 18B20, and determine the operating status of the motor in real time via the CAN bus network to upload information. The host computer can also control and set the monitoring terminal. Hard-ware interface circuit and software was designed.System structure was simple, and reliable,had some practical value.
