摘 要:研制基于AMR磁阻式和MEMS重力加速度传感器适用于无磁钻孔小口径数字式连续测斜仪X401,重点从硬件电路设计和角度解算算法软件校正两个方面阐述提高仪器参数测量精度的技术方法和手段,尤其是采用九位置法对三分量磁阻式传感器和三分量重力加速度传感器输出进行实时软件修正,使方位角测量精度达到±1.50,倾角测量精度达到±0.20;配接在轻型单芯电缆测井系统HD4002C上实现裸眼钻孔连续测量,结果对比表明达到了预期设计精度和试验目的,并满足工程化要求。Based on AMR magnetoresistive sensor and MEMS accelerometer, this paper introduced digital inclinometer X401 for non-magnetic open borehole logging application. In order to improve the stability of X401 and the accuracy of azimuth as well as tip, this paper put forward 9-position arithmetic correction algorithm, which applied to the A/D output of three-axis AMR magnetometer and three-axis MEMS gravity sensor in real time, and designed magnetic set-reset circuit in hardware for sensitivity purpose, as a result that the accuracy of azimuth and tip was greatly improved, ± 1.5 degrees of azimuth and ±0.2 degrees of tip are achieved. The in-field logging result, which was equipped with single conductor well logging system HD4002C manufactured by BRIUG, demonstrated that the X401 was up to the specification in performance.
