摘 要:为考察锂电池在使用过程中的性能变化,设计了一款基于PIC单片机的锂电池测试平台。该测试平台分为对称的四路,能连接8块锂电池。测试平台能实现对锂电池充放电过程中的数据采集。使用该测试平台对锂电池进行循环充放电试验,得到了锂电池在不同状态下的电流、电压以及持续时间等充放电特性曲线。试验表明锂电池在0.385C-0.52C充电电流大小附近时,它在充放电过程中才能达到最佳性能;试验同时表明锂电池在循环充放电过程中寿命近似成线性变化。为电子产品的可靠性使用提供了保障。In order to investigate the performance changes about lithium battery in the course of processing, a battery test platform which based on PIC microcontroller unit was designed. The test platform can be divided into four modules. The test platform can connect 8 batteries. The test platform can gather the data in process of the lithium battery charge- discharge. Through the data, we can get the duration curve in different states under the current, voltage, and discharge. Performance characteristics of lithium batteries were researched and analyzed. Tests and studies have shown when lithium batteries about 500mA charge current, it's charging and discharging can achieve the best performance. Trials and studies also showed that the change of the lithium battery charging and discharging in the life cycle is approximately linear. The test platform provides guarantee for the reliability of the electronic products.
