摘 要:为建立糙米和土壤中烯效唑残留的检测分析方法,采用乙酸乙酯提取,经弗洛里硅土层析柱净化,以乙酸乙酯/石油醚洗脱,液相色谱紫外检测法Liquid Chromatography DAD detection method LC-DAD检测,外标法定量,研究了烯效唑在糙米和土壤中的残留分析方法。结果表明:糙米和土壤中添加浓度为0.05-1.0mg/kg时,平均回收率分别为83.93-102.7%和87.26-97.79%,相对标准偏差分别为1.6-3.7%和4.0-5.9%。该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,适用于糙米和土壤中烯效唑的残留量测定。A method was proposed in this paper for the determination of uniconazole residue in rice and soil.The uniconazole residues in rice and soil were extracted by ethyl acetate,purified on the florisil column,eluted with ethyl acetate/petroleum ether, and determined by HPLC equipped with DAD detector.The results showed that recoveries of uniconazole were 83.93-102.7% and 87.26-97.79%,repectively,with RSD 1.6-3.7% and 4.0-5.9%.The method was proved to be simple,rapid,sensitive and applicable for the residue determination of uniconazole in the rice and soil samples.
