摘　　要：HS40/HSXL40仪器由美国Perkinelmer公司制造。顶空分析是一种固体或液体试样在密封样品瓶中通过加压加温后平衡后,其加热逸出的试样气体通过传输线进入气相色谱仪进行分析的技术。本文根据笔者对顶空进样器维修过程中取得的经验,叙述了该仪器的保养及故障维修,同时也介绍该仪器一些零配件国产化的替换。希望本文对仪器的使用者或仪器维修人员有所帮助。The HS40/HSXL40 headspace sampler is manufactured by Perkinelmer Co..The solid/liquid sample is laid in headspace vial that is closed immediately and equilibrated.then heated gas sample is withdrawn from the closed vial and transferred directly to the gas chromatographic system. Based on the experience on service of the Headspace sampler, a process of the trouble-shooting and maintenance of the HS40/HSXL40 is described in this paper. Placements of some spare parts by Chinese product is dealt with,too.The paper could make reference to the users and service engineers.
