摘　　要：本文论述了核磁中心核磁共振波谱仪的维护及测试中常见的问题。维护中常见问题主要是针对谱仪、超导磁体、工作站以及辅助设备;测试中的常见问题则主要是针对测试习惯、装样能力以及仪器老化。维护的目的是为了更好的进行测试,管理人员必须掌握维护方法和解决测试中遇到的问题,同时也应该知道超导磁体是整个仪器中最基本的部分,而探头是核磁共振仪器的关键部分。This article illustrates the common problems of NMR spectroscopy maintenance and detection of NMR center. Common problems in maintenance mainly includes spectrometer, superconducting magnet, workstation and auxiliary equipments; common problems in detection mainly includes testing custom, sample loading capacity and aging equipment. The purpose of maintenance is getting better test results. Managers have to master maintenance methods and solve problems during testing, they also should know the superconducting magnet is the most basic part of NMR spectroscopy and the probe is the key part of NMR spectroscopy.
