摘　　要：提出一种含不确定性风机出力的配电网理论线损实用化算法。首先建立了考虑风机采样周期内电量约束的理论线损计算模型;再蒙特卡洛模拟多组满足电量约束的风机出力数据,并结合首端估计法和蒙特卡洛模拟技术产生多组非实时量测的负荷伪量测,结合实时量测潮流计算,取潮流结果与实时量测误差最小的一组模拟数据,作为风机和非实时量测的伪量测;最后基于实时量测的采用周期累加计算给定时间段的理论线损。14节点算例验证算法的准确性和实用性。This paper proposes an efficient non-measured load nodes estimation algorithm for the multiple acquisition and in- complete measurement distribution network. Based on the transformer capacity proportion algorithm that calculates pseudo-measure- ments, the normal distribution probability density function is constructed. The Monte Carlo Simulation method produced the mea-sures of non-measured load nodes. Then forward/backward power flow is preformed. Finally the minimum error of branch MW/ Mvar and node voltage between calculated by least square method is as high accurate pseudo-measurements. The 14 node distribu- tion network is tested to verify the accurate and good application prospect of the proposed algorithm.
