摘　　要：概括了酸性镀铜液中氯离子的几种测定方法及使用过程中的局限性。详细介绍了分光光度法的试验过程,并研究了该法吸收波长、酸度、时间、温度、硝酸银添加量、乙二醇添加量对测定结果的影响。用此法测定酸性镀铜液中的氯离子,测定结果精密度高,准确度好,更容易掌握和操作,使用效果优。This paper summarizes several methods of the determination of chloride ions in acid copper plating solution and the practicability and limitations of these methods. It discusses the experiment process of spectrophotometric method and the effects of the absorption wavelength, acidity, time, temperature, amount of silver nitrate added, ethylene glycol and the infiuence of addition amount on the determination results. Determined by this method, the determination results are high precision, good accuracy and much easier to master and operate.
