摘　　要：红叶石楠嫩枝扦插是愈伤组织生根。愈伤组织的形成和生根的过程比较缓慢,基质的通气性和透水性是愈伤组织生根的关键。粗质腐殖质土生根及时;细质腐殖质土和富含有机质的黄心土要经过拿捏疏松土壤处理,才能及时生根成活。Green wood cutting of Photinia fraseri is for the rooting of callus. Formation of callus and rooting process is quite slow. The medium aeration as well as water permeability are the keys. Coarse humus soil can improve rooting while fine humus soil and rich medium soil need treatment to improve the rooting.
