摘 要:采用几何相似比为1∶5、弗鲁德准数与原型相等的水模型及数值模拟的方法,对某钢厂LF精炼过程底吹氩夹杂物去除行为进行了试验研究。通过对不同时间段、不同吹氩量下钢水中夹杂物去除情况的分析,发现夹杂物的去除行为主要发生在吹氩后的前8min内;最佳吹氩量为50L/min,夹杂物最高去除率达75%。数值模拟计算结果表明:吹氩量为50L/min时,死区面积所占比例为最小值10%。By establishing water model with geometric similarity ratio of 1:5 and the same Fr criterion as prototype,and using the method of numerical simulation, the effect of argon bottom blowing on the inclusion removal of molten steel .during LF refining process was studied. Analyzing the inclusion removal behavior of molten steel with different argon flow rate at different time, it was found that inclusion removal behavior mainly occurs within the first 8 minutes after blowing argon and the best argon flow rate was 50 L/min, the maximum inclusion removal rate reached up to 75 %. Numerical simulations showed that the minimum proportion of dead region was about 10%when the argon flow rate was 50 L/min.
