摘  要:建立了钢中非金属夹杂缺陷热波散射的理论模型,基于非傅里叶热传导理论和虚拟镜像法,对含非金属夹杂缺陷的钢中热波散射场进行分析与计算,得到方程的一般解,通过数值计算,给出了不同类型非金属夹杂缺陷的几何参数和物性参数条件下钢的表面温度分布。研究结果表明:非金属夹杂缺陷改变了热波在钢中的传播特性,导致钢表面温度分布呈现双峰形式;同时,非金属夹杂缺陷的几何参数和物性参数也会影响钢的表面温度分布,从而影响热波的传播特性。Based on actual projects, theoretical model of nonmetallic inclusions defect in steel is established. Utilizing non-Fourier heat conduction theory and the virtual images theory, theoretical analysis and calculation of thermal wave scattering field in steel with nonmetallic inclusions are carried out, and the general solution is given. Through numerical simulation, surface temperature distribution of the steel is calculated at different geometric parameters and physical parameters of nonmetallic inclusions. Results show that the nonmetallic inclusions alteres the propagation characteristics of thermal wave in steel,which leads to the bimodal form of the steel surface temperature distribution. Meanwhile, geometric parameters and physical parameters of the nonmetallic inclusions on the surface also affect the surface temperature distribution in steel,thus affect propagation characteristics of thermal wave.
