展平型气保焊丝焊接工艺性能研究

摘  要:通过加入适量S元素,制成新型的展平型气保焊丝,对新型焊丝进行CO2气保焊工艺性能试验。结果表明:采用展平型气保焊丝,焊接过程电弧稳定,焊接飞溅较小,焊缝表面波纹细小,焊接工艺性能有所提高;采用P-GMAW型焊机,其焊接工艺性能优于采用GMAW焊机;薄板焊接时,展平型焊丝小电流焊接能获得较好的焊缝成形。By adding proper amount of element S, a new GMAW welding wire used for flat welding is made. To investigate its performance, CO2 shielded arc welding test is carried out. Results show that the new wire welding process is stable, which generates little spatter and produces weld with fine surface ripples, indicating the improvement of welding performance. When using P-GMWA machine, the welding performance is better than that of using GMAW machine. When welding thin steel sheet, the flat weld wire welding with small current can get better weld appearance.
