摘 要:采用金相显微镜和电子探针对对冷弯开裂的1E0170钢板进行了分析,结果表明:在该开裂钢板的板厚1/2和1/4区域,存在P、S、Mn等元素偏析,并观察到白亮偏析条带和较多聚集分布的层状夹杂物。经分析认为,P元素偏析导致钢板中白亮偏析条带的产生,降低了钢板的塑性和韧性,同时聚集分布的层状夹杂物破坏了钢板基体的连续性。在弯曲应力下,二者共同作用引起裂纹产生并扩展,最终导致钢板开裂。By means of metallographic microscope and electron microprobe, samples of cold bending cracked steel plate are observed and analyzed to find out the reason of cold bending crack of the plate. Results show that some segregation zones of P, S, Mn in the position of thickness center and the thickness of 1/4, and some bright white segregation bands and aggregated distribution of layered inclusions are observed. It concludes that segregation of P leads to the bright white segregation bands, which can significantly lower plasticity and toughness of the plate, while aggregated distribution of layered inclusions destroy the continuity of base plate. The above factors are the reasons to cause crack formation, its propagation under stress, and finally lead to overall crack.
