摘  要:以磁铁矿精矿粉为原料,配加合适比例的膨润土和石灰石进行造球,通过正交试验分析预热温度、预热时间、预热风量等因素对预热球团强度的影响。结果表明:对预热强度影响程度大小的顺序为预热温度、预热时间、预热风量;3个因素对预热球团强度影响趋势一致,即随着温度的升高,时间的增加,风量的增大,球团强度增大。从工业应用的综合因素考虑,本次试验最优预热制度选取温度为1 000℃,时间为7.5min,风量为18m3/h。Pelletizing experiments were carried out by using magnetite concentrate as raw material and adding appropriate proportion of bentonite and limestone for pelletizing. Through orthogonal test, effects of preheating temperature, preheating time and preheating air volume on the strength of preheated pellet were analyzed. Results show that the influence degree order of each factor on preheated pellet strength is in turn preheating temperature,preheating time, preheating air volume. The effect trend of the three factors on preheated pellet strength is basically consistent and its main features are as follow: with the increase of preheating temperature, preheating time and preheating air volume, preheated pellet strength increases. Considering industrial application, the ideal pellet preheating system is 1 000 ℃ of preheating temperature, 7.5 minutes of preheating time and 18 m^3/h of preheating air volume.
