摘 要:对永钢1号高炉炉腹、炉腰的传热进行了分析,建立一维稳态下的传热数学模型,计算得出当前冶炼条件下的炉腹、炉腰渣皮厚度分别为0.050 2,0.049 8m,满足高炉合理渣皮厚度范围。对渣皮厚度的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:炉腹、炉腰单块冷却壁水温差分别控制在0.40-0.65℃和0.45-0.70℃,水速保持在2m/s左右,有利于高炉高产长寿。A steady one-dimensional heat transfer model was established for No. 1 BF in Yonggang to analyze the heat transfer and slag skull thickness in the bosh and belly regions. Calculated slag skull thickness in bosh and belly was 0. 0502 m and 0. 0498 m respectively under current operating conditions, which seems to be within the reasonable range of slag skull thickness. Factors to influence slag skull thickness were investigated. Results showed that cooling water temperature of single cooling stave of bosh and belly should be controlled within the range of 0.40-0. 65 ℃ and 0. 45-0. 7℃ respectively, and cooling water velocity should be kept at 2 m/s, which is helpful for high productivity and long campaign life of blast furnace.
