摘　　要：为了分析含硼冷镦钢10B21冷镦开裂的原因,对其生产工艺、产品质量进行了研究,并采用金相检验、能谱分析等手段对开裂试样进行了观察和分析。结果表明:含硼冷镦钢10B21开裂是由于其表面存在尖锐的"V"形划伤所致。To analyze the reason for cold heading crack of boron bearing cold heading steel 10B21, production processes and products quality of the 10B21 steel were investigated. By means of metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis, cracked samples were observed and analyzed. Results show that the crack of 10B21 steel was mainly caused by sharp scratch in ＂V＂ shape on the surface of the steel.
