摘 要:结合现行标准规范对设备绝缘配合、一次侧防雷保护的要求,探讨企业中压电网不同绕组数量、不同电压等级变压器的防雷过电压保护措施。提出三绕组变压器的中压侧绕组出口可以不设相对地避雷器;阐述配电变压器低压侧应设电涌保护器的原因;通过分析典型主接线,引用参考文献的计算结果,认为35 kV变压器高压侧可以不设避雷器,指出工程设计中应用行业标准的有关条款时最好根据定量分析结果确定保护方案。Based on the requirements of current standards and codes concerning insulation coordination and lightning protection for electrical equipment,this paper discusses the lightening over voltage protective measures for transformers with different windings and different voltage levels in medium voltage network.It is proposed that phase-to-earth arrester is not necessary at the medium voltage side winding of three winding transformer.The reasons for designing surge protector at the low voltage side of distribution transformer are explained.By analyzing the typical main wiring and quoting the calculation results in references,this article proposes that lightning arrester is not necessary at the high voltage side of35 kV transformer,and points out that it would be better to decide the protection plan based on the quantitative analysis results while applying the relative terms in industrial standards in the engineering design.
