摘 要:随着人们对生活环境质量要求的逐步提高,恶臭的研究和治理逐渐引起相关部门的注意,减少和治理各种工业生产中产生的恶臭,也是提高全民生活水平的必然要求。简要分析了恶臭类别及其来源,恶臭的处理原则,恶臭处理工艺方法的选择与确定,运行费用的比较。介绍了掩蔽法、稀释法、吸附法、吸收法、燃烧法及生物滴滤法等6种恶臭治理方法,并通过比较指出生物滴滤法是适合青岛大炼油污水处理场恶臭处理的工艺,其年运行成本约为0.95元/103m3废气。With people's growing demand for abetter living environment,the research and treatment of odor has attracted the attention of relevant governmental departments.The reduction and treatment of industrial odor is considered a prerequisite for improving the national standard of living.This paper briefly analyzes the categories and sources of odor,the odor treatment principle,the selection and determination of odor treatment technologies,and the comparison of operating cost.Six odor treatment solutions including masking,dilution,adhesion,absorption,combustion and biological filtration are introduced.The comparison results show that biological filtration is the most suitable odor treatment solution for the sewage treatment plant in SINOPEC Qingdao Refinery.This paper introduces in detail the engineering design of odor control for the sewage treatment plant in SINOPEC Qingdao Refinery,which has an annual operating cost of RMB 0.95/1 000 m3 waste gas.
