摘　　要：随着配电电网的发展,成套开关柜大量应用在中低压系统中。由于设备自身原因、运行环境等各种因素影响中低压母线弧光短路故障频发,对电网的供电可靠性以及操作人员的人身安全造成了极大的威胁。本文在分析中低压领域内部弧光故障产生机理的基础上设计了一种新型弧光保护系统,其组成包括超声检测模块、过电流检测模块、电弧光检测模块、逻辑处理模块及快速接地单元等。该装置不但能够实现在电弧故障发生之前发出警报信号提醒运行维护人员前来检修,还能够能在极短的时间(<5ms)内将电弧故障转换为金属性短路从而熄灭故障电弧,最终再由上游断路器清除故障电流,极大地提高了中低压开关设备的可靠性。With the development of distribution network,large number of switchgears are coming into applied in the power system Because or the own reasons of the equipments, operating environment and other factors, arc short-circuit fault of LV/MV buses often oceurs, which causes a great threaten to the safety of operating personnel arid the reliability of power system. Basad on the analysis of the generation mechanism of the LV/MV internal arc fault, this text designs, a new arc protection system Which consists of ultrasonic detection module,over-current detection module,arc detection module,high speed earthing switch unit and logic processing module. This device not Only can retnirtd the operation and maintenance personnel to come to repair by the alarm signal before the occurrence of an arc fault, but also can extinguish the arc fault in a very short time （〈5ms） and eventually clear the fault arc by the upstream circuit breaker, which greatly improves the reliability of LV/MV switchgear.
