摘　　要：介绍旋挖钻机用钢丝绳的特点:运行过程中受到扭转载荷;单绳拉力较大;跳绳、乱绳、咬绳是制约钢丝绳使用寿命的关键因素;对涂覆油脂选择的技术要求较高。针对旋挖钻机用钢丝绳特点提出技术要求:钢丝绳应具有抗旋转性和耐磨性;具有较高的抗拉强度,捻制均匀性好,且要保证其整绳破断拉力;推荐使用同向捻结构多层股钢丝绳。根据《旋挖钻机用钢丝绳》行业标准,并参照国外引进的旋挖钻机随机配用的钢丝绳结构,旋挖钻机用钢丝绳实用新型专利,以及旋挖钻机用钢丝绳使用工况技术要求,认定24(W)×7、35(W)×7、15×K7、18×K7、35(W)×K7等7种结构适宜作为旋挖钻机用钢丝绳。To introduce the characteristics of wire rope for rotary drilling rig： in running process under torsion load, single rope pulling force is big, rope skipping, rope disorder, rope squeeze are key factors of restricting wire rope service life, has a higher requirement on choice of coating oil. The technical requirements are put forward aiming at the characteristics of wire rope for rotary drilling rig： wire rope should has rotation resistance and wearing resistance, higher tensile strength, good lay uniformity, should ensure the whole rope breaking force, the concurrent structure multiple strand wire rope is recommended. According to industry standard of Wire Rope for Rotary Drilling Rig, and refer to structure of wire rope with rotary drilling rig imported from abroad, utility model patent of wire rope for rotary drilling rig and the use condition of technical requirement of wire rope for rotary drilling rig, the seven structures such as 24 （W） × 7,35 （W） × 7,15 × K7,18 × K7, 35（W） × K7 are affirmed to be suitable for wire rope for rotary drilling rig,
