盘条酸洗液浓度的试验研究

摘  要:采用扩散渗析技术回收盘条表面处理后的盐酸洗液,通过添加新盐酸,使酸洗液保持正常生产使用浓度,连续、循环用于盘条酸洗,以减少新盐酸使用量。研究水酸流量比、盐酸浓度、氯化亚铁浓度和接受液对盐酸回收率和氯化亚铁截留率的影响。研究结果表明:(1)水酸流量比和接受液对盐酸回收率影响不大;(2)随着盐酸浓度的上升,回收率由92%逐渐降低至85%左右,截留率反之,从75%缓慢上升至83%左右;(3)随着氯化亚铁浓度的增加,回收率缓慢上升,在氯化亚铁质量浓度为150 g/L时达到92%,继而略微下降,截留率反之;(4)将回收酸配制成质量浓度238 g/L的酸洗液处理生锈盘条,效果较好。试验证实,扩散渗析技术可有效节约生产成本,提高生产效率。Using diffusion dialysis technology to recycle hydrochloric pickling solution after wire rod surface treatment, and adding new hydrochloric acid to keep normal production concentration, then continuously apply to wire rod pickling to reduce new hydrochloric acid application amount. To research water and acid flow ratio, hydrochloric acid concentration, ferrous chloride concentration and receptor fluid' s effect on hydrochloric acid recovery rate and ferrous chloride reject rate. The research result shows : ( 1 ) water and acid flow ratio and receptor fluid have little effect on recycling hydrochloric acid ; (2) as ferrous chloride concentration rise, the recovery rate dropped from 92% to 85%, otherwise the reject rate rise from 75% to 83%;(3 ) as ferrous chloride concentration increase and recovery rate rises to 92% when ferrous chloride mass concentration is 150 g/L, then decrease slightly, but reject rate is opposite. (4) to allocate recovery acid to mass concentration 238 g/L pickling solution to process rust wire rod with good effect. The experience shows diffusion dialysis can effectively save production cost and improve production efficiency.
