胃大部切除术后残胃无张力症的诊治探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨胃大部切除术后残胃无张力症的诊断和治疗。方法选取我院自2010年3月～2013年3月间收治的36例胃大部切除手术患者作为研究对象，探讨分析无张力症的治疗方法和疗效。结果残胃无张力症一般发生于患者手术之后的4～8 d之间，本次研究中32例患者通过保守治疗方式并且治愈，治愈率达到了88.9%，平均治疗时间为（13.4±1.5）d，4例患者由于出现粘连情况中转手术。结论胃大部切除手术之后出现无张力症，应该在采用胃钡餐以及胃镜进行检查，如果在使用保守治疗3周之后病情依然没有好转应该中转手术治疗。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of remnant stomach after subtotal gastrectomy without tension syndrome. Method Choose 36 example stomach big in our hospital from 2010 March-2013 year in March from resection operation patients as the research object, analysis and Discussion on treatment methods and curative effect of tension-free disease. Results No tension between remnant stomach disease generally occurs in patients after the operation of 4-8d, in this study 32 cases with conservative treatment and cure, cure rate reached to 88.9%, the average treatment time was （13.4＋1.5）d, 4 patients due to adhesions transit operation. Conclusions Subtotal gastrectomy appears after the operation without tension syndrome, should be examined by gastroscope in gastric barium meal and, if the use of conservative treatment for 3 weeks after the disease is still not improved should transit operation treatment.
