摘　　要：护理安全管理是护理工作者进行护理工作最基本的安全措施,根据护理安全隐患常见的因素,进行护理安全的控制和管理,对护理人员进行法制教育,规范护理文书的书写,定期进行专业知识的培训,教会与病人沟通的技巧,杜绝了护理隐患,确保了患者优质、高效的护理服务,达到了优质服务的目的。The nursing safety management is the most basic nursing care workers carried out safety measures, according to the nursing safety problems of common factors, to carry on the control and management of nursing safety, the legal system education for nursing staff, standardize nursing documents writing, training of professional knowledge on a regular basis, church communication skills with patients, to eliminate the hidden dangers of nursing ensure the nursing care of patients with high quality and efifcient services, achieved the purpose of quality services.
