摘　　要：目的对注射用维生素C质量及稳定性进行分析研究,为维生素C药品的生产及临床用药提供依据。方法利用紫外可见分光光度计、高效液相色谱仪,对注射用维生素C的成分进行检测、分析。结果辅料和降解物并未妨碍检测结果,HPLC色谱测定的维生素C中的有关物质色谱峰分离度较好,注射用维生素C稳定性不强。结论影响维生素C质量的因素有很多。注射用维生素C的有效期要有严格规定,临床用药必须严格遵守该药品的有效期规定。Objective To Vitamin C for Injection quality and stability analysis,provides the basis for the production and clinical use of vitamin C drugs. Methods Using UV visible spectrophotometer,high performance liquid chroma to graph on the injection of vitamin Ccomponent testing and analysis.Results The excipients and degradation products did not prevent the detection result,the related substances of chromatographic peak HPLC chromatographic determination of vitamin C in the separation of better,vitamin C for injection stability is not strong. Conclusion There are many factors that influence the quality of vitamin C.The period of validity of vitamin C for injection should be strict rules,the clinical use of drugs must comply with the provisions of the period of validity of drugs.
