股骨疲劳性骨折39例的CT、MRI影像特点分析

摘　　要：目的对股骨疲劳性骨折CT、MRI影像特点进行分析,探讨实施CT、MRI影像的临床价值。方法选择2012年4月~2013年7月在本院接受治疗的39例股骨疲劳性骨折患者的CT、MRI影像资料进行回顾性分析,对CT、MRI影像的特点进行归纳总结。结果根据CT、MRI影像特点均可对39例股骨疲劳性骨折患者进行确诊。结论根据CT、MRI影像所表现出来的特点可对股骨疲劳性骨折进行确切诊断。Objective On CT,MRI imaging features of fatigue fracture of the femur were analyzed,to explore the clinical value of CT,the implementation of MRI image. Methods The choice of 2012 April-2013 year in July treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in patients with CT,MRI imaging data of 39 cases of femoral fatigue fracture,characteristics of CT,summarizes the MRI image. Results According to CT,the characteristics of MRI image can be of 39 cases were fatigue fracture of femur. Conclusion According to the characteristics of CT,MRI images shown on the fatigue fracture of femur can exactly diagnose.
