羊膜移植及自体角膜缘干细胞移植在翼状胬肉等眼表疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜移植及自体角膜缘干细胞移植在眼表疾病治疗的临床效果。方法采用甘油保存人羊膜、自体角膜缘干细胞治疗较大面积胬肉、复发胬肉、热化学烧伤致睑球粘连及大泡性角膜病变等眼表疾病,共37例42只眼。结果羊膜移植及自体角膜缘干细胞移植或联合治疗对重建眼表效果满意,且术后不适症状较轻、创面恢复较快。结论羊膜移植及自体角膜缘干细胞移植对眼表重建眼表均有重要良好的功效,能显著降低疾病的复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in ocular surface disease treatment. Methods Using glycerin preserved human amniotic membrane, corneal limbal stem cell autograft for treatment of pterygium, recurrent pterygium, large area of thermo chemical burn caused symblepharon and bullous keratopathy ocular surface disease, a total of 37 cases 42 eyes. Results The amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation or combined treatment for ocular surface reconstruction with satisfactory effect, and postoperative discomfort symptom is lighter, faster wound healing. Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation in ocular surface reconstruction of ocular surface are important effect, can signiifcantly reduce the recurrence rate.
