全方位健康指导护理干预对高血压患者用药依从性的成效

摘　　要：目的：研究高血压患者药物治疗依从性运用全方位健康指导护理干预的效果。方法对2012年1-10月300名来我科住院治疗的高血压患者进行全方位健康指导护理干预，干预后对药物治疗依从性进行调查。结果运用全方位健康指导护理干预后患者的按时用药和定时监测血压及用药治疗依从性比护理干预前明显提高。结论全方位健康指导护理干预可以使高血压患者的行为与治疗和健康指导保持一致，是控制血压水平的有效方法。Objective To study the patients with high blood pressure medication compliance using the omni-directional health guide the effect of nursing intervention. Methods In January 2012 to October 2012 in our department of hospitalized patients with high blood pressure for all-round nursing, health guidance after the intervention of medication adherence to investigate. Results Using the omni-directional health guidance on time after the nursing intervention in patients with medication and regular monitoring of blood pressure and drug treatment adherence than before nursing intervention has improved significantly. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can make guidance behavior and treatment for hypertension and health guidance, is an effective method to control blood pressure levels.
