肌腱松解术用于手部屈指肌腱粘连患者的临床护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨肌腱松解术用于手部屈指肌腱粘连患者的临床护理效果。方法随机选取2009年10月-2011年3月就诊于我院手外科治疗的90例患者，随机分为观察组45例患者（采用个性化护理），对照组45例患者（采用常规护理方法），统计两组患者心理状况以及满意度情况，并对结果进行统计分析。结果观察组患者HAMA心理卫生评分为（17.4±6.8）分，患者总满意率为93.4%,与对照组比较，经统计分析，P＜0.05，差异存在显著性。结论肌腱松解术用于手部屈指肌腱粘连患者的临床护理中能够提高护理效果，改善患者满意度。Objective To discuss the nursing effect of tendon loose solution for the patients with hand flexor tendon adhesion. Methods From October 2009 to March 2011, 90 patients in hand surgery department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （personalized nursing, n=45） and control group （conventional nursing, n=45）. The psychological status and satisfaction rates were compared and the results were analyzed. Results In observation group, HAMA mental health score was （ 17.4±6.8 ） point, the total satisfaction rate was 93.4%, compared with the control group, after statistical analysis, P〈0.05, significant differences were exist. Conclusion The clinical nursing of tendon loose solution for the patients with hand lfexor tendon adhesion could improve the nursing effect and increase the satisfaction rate of patients.
