改良森田治疗法对改善康复期精神病患者应对方式的成效

摘　　要：目的研究改良森田治疗法对改善康复期精神病患者应对方式的成效。方法将我院住院1个月以上的100例病情稳定、二级护理的康复期精神病患者随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上连续参加改良森田治疗4周,两组患者治疗前后采用SCSQ自评量表进行问卷调查,统计得分,两组进行比较。结果观察组康复期精神病患者通过改良森田治疗,其SCSQ得分都优于治疗前及对照组患者。结论改良森田治疗法对改善康复期精神病患者应对方式的成效显著。Objective To study the improvement of Morita therapy to improve the rehabilitation of psychiatric patients coping effectiveness. Methods Our hospital a month or more 100 cases of stable disease, rehabilitation of secondary care psychiatric patients were randomly divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, observation group therapy on the basis of conventional continuous improvement Morita attend four weeks of treatment, both groups of patients before and after treatment using SCSQ checklist questionnaire, statistical scoring two groups were compared. Results The psychiatric patients in the observation group rehabilitation therapy through improved Morita, whose SCSQ scores are better than before the treatment and control group patients. Conclusion The improved effectiveness of Morita therapy to improve the rehabilitation of psychiatric patients coping significantly.
