摘　　要：目的研究复方三七制剂的镇痛作用。方法采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及小鼠热板法,进行镇痛实验。结果复方三七制剂能非常显著抑制醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,并对热板法致小鼠痛阈有非常显著提高。结论复方三七制剂有显著的镇痛作用。Objective to study the effect of compound notoginseng preparations. Methods using the body torsion induced by acetic acid and mouse hot plate method, analgesic experiments. Results the compound formulation of notoginseng can significantly inhibit the body torsion induced by acetic acid, and the hot plate method to pain threshold of mice have signifi cantly improved. Conclusion compound notoginseng preparation has significant analgesic action.
