气压治疗仪在预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的临床应用及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨气压治疗仪用于预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的临床应用价值。方法自2014年1月~2014年10月使用气压治疗仪对200例剖宫产术后产妇进行下肢静脉血栓预防。将两组患者分成两组,给予100例产妇常规护理,给予100例观察组护理干预,对比效果。结果预防性治疗效果满意,未发生一例下肢静脉血栓。对照组患者的满意度仅为79.0%。观察组患者的满意度高达99.0%,观察组的患者满意度显然于对照组。结论双下肢气压治疗仪剖宫产手术后下肢静脉血栓的预防性护理,明显降低了下肢DVT的发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective to study the pressure therapy apparatus used to prevent the clinical value of lower limb venous thrombosis after cesarean section. Methods From January 2014- use pneumatic therapeutic apparatus in October 2014,200 cases of lying-in women after cesarean section of lower limb venous thromboembolism prophylaxis.The patients were divided into two groups,giving 100 cases of maternal routine care,giving 100 cases in the observation group nursing intervention contrast. Results of preventive treatment effect is satisfactory,not a case of a lower limb venous thrombosis.Patient satisfaction in the control group was only 79.0%.The observation group were up 99.0% satisfaction,satisfaction of patients in the observation group is clearly in the control group. Conclusion the air pressure of lower limbs therapeutic cesarean section of the lower extremity venous thrombosis after the operation,preventive care,signifi cantly reduced the incidence of lower limb DVT,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
