化瘀软坚平疣汤治疗扁平疣80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨化瘀软坚平疣汤口服联合外敷治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将189例扁平疣患者随机分为3组,其中治疗组80例口服化瘀软坚平疣汤,同时联合中药外敷;中药外敷组56例仅予化瘀软坚平疣汤外敷;西药组53例肌肉注射聚肌胞,每次4 mL,隔日1次,并予0.025%迪维霜外涂。3组疗程均为1月。结果治疗组有效率为83.75%,中药外敷组为60.71%,西药组为41.51%,治疗组疗效优于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论化瘀软坚平疣汤治疗扁平疣疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huayuruanjianpingyou Decoction taken orally and applied externally in treating flat warts. Methods 189 cases were divided into 3 groups. The first group（ 80 cases）was treated with Huayuruanjianpingyou Decoction internally and externally; the second group（ 56 cases） was t reated only with external application; the third group（ 53 cases） was injected with poly IC,4 mL each time on a lternate days and Diwei Cream（ 0. 025%） was applied externally. 3 groups were treated for 1 month. Results The total effective rates were 83. 75%,60. 71% and 41. 51% respectively. The efficacy of first group was better than other groups. There was a difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment shows significant effect. It＇s worth popularizing and applying.
