酚醛胺固化剂的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：采用不同有机胺类固化剂与间甲酚、三聚甲醛进行曼尼希反应制得一系列酚醛胺固化剂。通过红外、DSC、TGA和力学性能测试对固化剂的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明,相对于胺类固化剂,酚醛胺固化剂的粘度低、活性高,可在低温或常温下使用,其固化物的耐热性和强度下降,韧性提高。A series of phenolic amine curing agents were prepared by Mannich reaction using various organic amine curing agents, mcresol and trioxymethylene. The structures and properties of phenolic amine curing agents were studied by IR, DSC, TGA and mechanical testings. The results showed that the phenolic amine curing agents had lower viscosity and higher activity compared with that of amine curing agents and could be used at room temperature or low temperature. The heat resistance and strength of the cured product were decreases and the toughness was improved.
