摘　　要：丙烯腈回收塔塔盘在服役过程中发生腐蚀失效。通过宏观观察、材质化学成分分析、金相分析、扫描电镜分析等方法对失效的塔盘进行分析和讨论。结果表明:塔盘和浮片由于腐蚀电位不同发生电偶腐蚀,此外磨损腐蚀在一定程度上加速了腐蚀的进行。最后,根据腐蚀机理提出相应的预防措施。Corrosion failure was occurred in trays in acrylonitrile recovery tower in its service. With the methods of macro examination, chemical composition analysis, metellographical analysis and scanning electric microscope analysis, the analysis and discussion for the failed trays were carried out in this article. It was concluded that in view of different electric potentials existed in trays and floating pieces galvanic corrosion was occurred. In addition, abrasion speeded up the process of this corrosion. Based on this corrosion mechanism, some protection measures were finally proposed.
