摘　　要：以美国为主导的"跨太平洋伙伴关系协议"(TPP)虽然正在秘密谈判之中,但美国提出的建议案"知识产权章节"早就于2011年得以披露,其中"版权和相关权利"部分,提出了高于《TRIPS协定》等国际条约甚至高于美国国内法的保护标准,意在借助综合性自由贸易协定,实现美国政府过度扩张的版权政策,改变他国版权法律。Trans-Pacific Parmership （TPP） is being negotiated in secret. However, the Intellectual Property chapter of the US recommendations has been published in 2011, wherein the COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS provisions built higher protection level than TRIPs and other existing international IP agreements, and might even higher than the US domestic law＇s provisions. It shows that the US government is attempting to push the reform of the other countries＇ copyright protection mechanism through the comprehensive free trade agreement in order to satisfy its copyright expansionist policy.
