摘 要:身体不仅仅是一种自然存在,它也受社会规范和社会经验的影响,是高度社会化、历史化、精神化、商业化、审美化的人类文化载体。身体作为一个崭新的研究领域出现在社会学的视域中,开创了身体社会学这一崭新学科。从20世纪80年代开始,西方的社会学家们在社会学领域对身体进行了广泛的研究,布赖恩·特纳从多角度确定了身体研究的范围,从身体的复杂性、身体的社会行动、身体的集体性等方面对身体社会学进行了整合,奥尼尔提出了"五种身体的设想",由此而形成了身体社会学的理论思维、研究框架和时代主题。身体社会学以其敏锐的触角对这一领域进行的探索,使我们对身体的理解更加深刻。Human body is not just a natural existence. As the highly social, historical, spiritual, commercial and aesthetic carrier of human civilization, it is affected by social norms and social experience. Human body is re- garded as the research focus of the newly initiated subject and the sociology of the body has been considered a com- pletely new perspective. The western sociologists have conducted the massive sociological studies on human body since 1980s. Bryan S. Turner settled the scientific study scope for the subject by integrating the complexity, social action and collectivity of human body. On the basis of that, John O'Neill proposed five assumptions related to hu- man body. Consequently, the research pattern, framework and epoch themes have been formed and the sociology of the body has explored into this area with its sharp vision so that human body will be understood deeply from the so- ciological perspective.
