摘　　要：为了明确运动员人力资本产权制度,并在此基础上建立和完善运动员人力资本市场及其相关制度。以文献资料法为主要研究方法,运用人力资本理论、产权理论以及新制度经济学理论,结合我国竞技体育实践以及职业体育的成功经验,对我国运动员人力资本产权交易问题进行了较为深入的研究。研究认为:市场经济条件下的运动员人力资本产权交易制度有利于具有运动天赋的少年儿童的家庭对这些少年儿童未来从事某项体育运动进行人力资本投资;有利于职业体育市场中运动员的流动;有利于减轻举国体制下国家在运动员保障上的沉重负担。同时,它对现有运动员的人力资本投资也是一种重要的激励手段。人力资本产权与交易相联系的观念,对运动员人力资本产权问题研究具有重要的启发意义。The purpose of this study was to clear the system of athlete’s human capital property right for establishing and improving related market and system. With the document research as the main research approach,based on human capital theory,property theory and new institutional economics theory,combined with the practice of competitive sports and successful experience of professional sports in China,this study deeply analyzed the transaction of human capital property right of professional athletes in our country. It pointed out that human capital property right transaction system of professional athletes in the market economy is conducive to the human capital investment for those families who have athletic children,to the flow of professional athletes in sports market,and to the alleviation of the heavy burden of athletes’ security under nationwide system. Meanwhile,it is an important incentive to the existing human capital investment of athletes. The idea of combining human capital right and transaction has important meaning for athlete’s human capital property right research
