摘　　要：运用文献资料法、历史法及田野调查法对高山族背篓球的起源及社会变迁发展形式进行了研究。结果表明:背篓球是高山族传统体育项目,起源何时已难考证,其起源可能和高山族槟榔文化有关。高山族背篓球随着历史的变迁,演变出多种形式。一种是男女求爱的活动形式,另一种是猎手们在闲暇时,双方以猎物,如狼、豹首等装入对方背篓中为戏,后逐渐发展成体育项目。其主要存于高山族的民俗中。背篓球是高山族非常喜爱的一项体育活动,其集健身、娱乐、竞技为一体,具有丰富的审美价值。背篓球是一种审美文化的创造其趣味性、健身性、娱乐性为西方竞技体育所未有,研究背篓球起源及发展脉络,对民族传统体育项目的传承和发展具有重要的参考价值及现实实践意义。This study analyzed the origin and history of Beilou sport of Gaoshan nationality by using the methods of literature review,historical investigation and field investigation. Results： Beilou sport is a traditional sport of Gaoshan nationality,but its origin cannot be found,may be related to areca catechu culture. With the changes of history,Beilou sport has developed into many styles. One is an activity for courtship,and another one is a game for hunters who put animal heads into other person’s back basket. The latter one has been gradually changed into sport,and existed in folklore of Gaoshan nationality. Beilou sport is popular for Gaoshan people; it combines fitness,entertainment and competition together,and has rich aesthetic values. Beilou sport is a creation of aesthetic culture; its fun,fitness and entertainment haven’t been seen in western athletic sports. Studying on its origin and development history could be helpful for inheriting and developing national traditional sports.
