摘　　要：目的了解福州市6-12岁儿童生长发育变化趋势,为开展相关的健康教育、健康促进提供基线资料。方法2013年采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取福州市鼓楼区所有小学中6-12岁36 484名学生为调查对象,测量胸围、肺活量、身高、体重,计算克托莱指数和维尔维克指数,与2010年全国及广州水平比较。结果福州市6-12岁小学生男女生的胸围均值以及9-12岁男生和8-12岁女生肺活量均值均明显高于全国平均水平（P〈0.01）;与广州市平均水平比较,福州市男生胸围均值增加,而福州市7-9岁女生胸围均值明显低于广州市平均水平（P〈0.05）;福州市各年龄组男生克托莱指数和维尔维克指数及9-12岁女生克托莱指数、11-12岁女生维尔维克指数均值均明显高于广州市同龄学生（P〈0.01）。结论福州市6-12岁小学生生长发育指标大部分领先于全国平均水平,且部分指标要优于广州市平均水平。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the growth trends of children aged from 6 to 12 in Fuzhou, so as to provide baseline data for carrying out health education and promotion. Methods Gulou district in Fuzhou city was sampled with stratified cluster random sampling methodology in 2013. Thirty-six thousand four hundred and eighty-four students aged from 6 to12 years from all primary schools in this district were investigated. Chest circumference, vital capacity, height, and weight were measured. Quetelet index and Verwaeck index were computed. Data were compared to the data collected from the whole nation and Guangzhou in 2010. Results In 2013, the average of chest circumference, and pulmonary function of the boys aged from 9 to 12 and the girls aged from 8 to 12 from primary school in Fuzhou were significantly higher than the national average level in 2010（P〈0.01）.The average of chest circumference of boys in Fuzhou was significantly increased, while the average of chest circumference of girls in Fuzhou was lower than the level of Guangzhou in 2010（P〈0.05）. The average Quetelet index and Verwaeck index of boys in all ages,the average Quetelet index of girls aged from 9 to 12, and the average Verwaeck index of girls aged from 11 to 12 in Fuzhou were higher than those in Guangzhou（P〈0.01）. Conclusion For most of the situation, the growth and development of primary school students aged from 6 to 12 years old in Fuzhou was higher than the national level in 2010, and some of the indexes were better than those in Guangzhou in 2010.
