摘　　要：近年来,国际投资仲裁机制受到诸多质疑,如何改革,尤其是如何建立有效的国际投资仲裁监督机制引起各方关注。国际投资仲裁上诉机制可以确保仲裁裁决的一致性和连贯性,可以更好地实现投资仲裁监督机制的运作和目标,因此,多边化的国际投资仲裁上诉机制的建立应是改革的最好选择。In recent years, international investment many scholars, and its reform, especially arb th itration mechanism is questioned e reform of supervise mechanism of international investment arbitration becomes a hot topic. arbitration mechanism can ensure the consistency and con decisions, can contribute to the operations and objectives of International investment tinuity of the arbitration the supervise mechanism of international investment arbitration. As a result, multilateral international investment arbitration mechanism is the best option for the reform.
