摘　　要：收入分配制度作为一项基本的经济制度,通过调节收入的绝对量和相对量来向收入所有者提供经济激励。而收入差距对于经济增长又有正负两种效应。适当的收入差距是促进竞争提高效率的基础,同时过大的收入差距又存在"逆激励效应"。深化收入分配制度改革需要顶层设计和系统安排,要综合发挥初次分配、再分配和分配秩序的作用。The income distribution institution, as a basic economic system, provides the economic incentives for income owners by adjusting the absolute quantity and relative quantity of income. And income gap has a plus or minus effect on economic growth. Reasonable income gap is the basis of promoting competition to improve efficiency, while the excessive great gap has inverse incentive effect. Deepening the reform of income distribution system needs top-level design and systematic arrange-ment. It needs playing the full role of primary distribution, redistribution and the order of distribution comprehensively.
