多元化、关系专用性投资与企业生产效率——基于主要供应商和客户视角的经验证据

摘　　要：从企业与主要客户/供应商之间形成的关系专用性投资视角出发,从经济动因的角度更深刻地研究关系专用性投资如何作用企业的长期绩效(生产效率)。研究发现,企业与主要客户/供应商之间的关系专用性投资有助于提升企业的生产效率。但是在综合考虑企业的多元化经营后,这种影响会因关系专用性投资方向不同而产生变化,即多元化程度的增加会增强企业与客户之间的关系专用性投资对企业生产效率的提升程度,而多元化程度的增加会降低企业与供应商之间的关系专用性投资对企业生产效率的提升程度。From the specificity investment perspective of relationship form between enterprises and the main customers/suppliers, from the perspective of economic incentives, the author more deeply study how the relationship specific investment effect on enterprises＇ long-term performance （efficiency）.The study found that the relationship specificity investment between the enterprise and the main customer/supplier helps to improve enterprise＇s efficiency. But after considering enterprises＇ diversification operation, this influence will change due to relationship specific investment in a different direction, namely the increase of diversification degree will enhance the promotion degree of enterprises＇ production efficiency through the relationship specific investment between enterprises and customers, and the increase of diversification can reduce the promotion degree of enterprises＇ production efficiency through relationship specific investment between companies and suppliers.
