摘　　要：城市基层区域化党建是基层党建生态环境转换背景下的重要制度创新,扮演着重要的"整合中心"角色,承担着内外整合功能。面对基层党组织结构裂片化、资源离散化、自我认同危机化、社区社会碎片化、基层组织悬浮化、部门行动分割化等困境,中国共产党要在加强基层组织内部整合基础上,一端嵌入"社会"实现社区社会整合,一端嵌入"国家"实现基层行政整合,一端嵌入"网络"实现异度空间整合,从而稳固党的基层政权和构建和谐社会。Regional Party Construction in Urban Areas is a significant system change under the background of the ecological environment transformation of Grass-roots party＇s construction, plays an important role of ＂integration center＂, and performs the internal and external integrative function. Facing the basic-level party organizations＇ dilemma of structure fragmentation, resource discretization, self-identity crisis, community social fragmentation, grass-roots organizations sus- pension, sectors action segmentation etc., to strengthen the party＇s leadership at the grass-roots level and build a harmo- nious society, the Communist Party of China should strengthen grass-roots organizations of internal integration, community social integration, grassroots administrative integration and virtual space integration.
