摘 要:实际工程中封隔器常因管柱受阻力过大不能上提解封,为避免蛮横施工可采用旋转解封方式解封封隔器;封隔器工作时胶筒膨胀,计算管柱扭矩时只考虑封隔器解封力产生的扭矩;为了确保解封时管柱不发生破坏,根据管柱受力特点建立了三维模型,提出了旋转解封封隔器时不同深度处管柱扭矩的计算公式以及井口液压钳旋转圈数的计算方法,分析了影响扭矩因素,得出扭矩随井深增加而逐渐减小,随管柱横截面积增大而增大的结论。Due to excessive resistance, the packer often cannot seal in the actual project. In order to avoid the arbitrary construction, the way of rotating pipe often be used. When the packer is working, it is in an inflated situation. The force of releasing is considered when the torque is calculated. In order to ensure that the pipe does not destruction, a three- dimensional model was established according to the feature of the string stress, a calculation formula of pipe string torque is put forward for the first time, which call calculate torque of any different depths. Influencing factor of torque are analyzed. Calculation results prove that the torque decreases with the increase of wells depth, and increases with the increase of pipe cross-sectional area.
