摘  要:运用专业的三维建模软件Pro/E建立了滚珠丝杠副系统的零件装配模型,并通过ANSYS-Workbench有限元分析软件对建立的滚珠丝杠副装配模型进行静力结构有限元仿真分析,得出滚珠丝杠副滚珠、丝杠、螺母和滚珠丝杠副整机的等效应力图和等效应变图。结果表明,滚珠丝杠副的等效应力主要在于滚珠与滚道接触区域,且滚珠与滚道间的接触区域呈椭圆状分布,接触应变值由中心向外逐渐变小,符合赫兹接触理论。仿真结果证实了所建仿真模型的有效性,为滚珠丝杠副更好地向高速、高效和高精度的发展提供了基础,并为其优化设计提供了技术支持。Model of a ball screw assembly parts system is established in Pro/E to carry out finite element analysis of static structure based on ANSYS-Workbench. The equivalent stress diagram and the total deformation of ball,screw,nut and ball screw vice, are obtained. The results show that the equivalent stress of ball screw pair is located at contact area between ball and raceway,and the contact area between the ball and the raceway is oval-shaped distribution,contact strain value decreased gradually from the center to the outside,which conforms to the Hertz contact theory. The simulation results confirm the validity of the simulation model; it can provide the foundation for the ball screw pair better to the development of high speed, high efficiency and high precision ; and provides technical support for the optimization design.
