摘 要:智能推理是CAPP系统的核心功能,文中针对轴类零件研究了CAPP系统的工艺推理及决策方法。阐述了零件特征的描述与输入,分析了轴类零件的特征并编制了具有12位的特征编码,便于计算机进行处理和识别;然后,建立了工艺信息知识库,并基于正向推理策略,应用工序优先级数决策实现了零件加工路线的自动排序。该系统是在.Net环境下,利用Sql Server 2000数据库开发完成,具有很强的实用性和可移植性,适合在中小轴类企业推广应用。Intelligent reasoning is the core function of CAPP system. The reasoning process and decision-making method of the CAPP system are discussed in this paper. This paper first explains the features, description, input and characteristics of axial parts. Then the characteristics of shaft parts are analyzed, 12-Bit feature coding are compiled, which is useful for computer processing and recognition. The information knowledge base is established. Based on the forward reasoning strategy, deeision-making process priority series is applied to implement the automatic sorting of parts processing route. By using the .net environment and SQL Server2000, database development is c.ompleted. The process has a strong practicability and portability, which is suitable for application in axial, small and medium enterprises.
