摘  要:针对曲面型公文印章,采用造型软件Solid Works对曲面印章进行数字建模,然后导入Master CAM软件,设置加工参数,自动执行四轴联动数控编程,生成刀具运动轨迹;对印章外形的数控加工过程进行了运动仿真,最后输出数控加工代码。该研究为印章等产品的加工制造提供了一个案例,缩短了复杂曲面产品的设计、制造周期,提高了产品的研发和生产效率。The paper investigated a manufacturing method of a seal with curved surfaces. Firstly,the digital model of the seal was constructed using the software of SolidWorks. Secondly,the digital model was imported into the software of MasterCAM,the parameters were set and the four-axis eooperating tool paths of the eurved-surfaee seal were generated. Thirdly ,the cutting tool paths were verified with the virtual cutting simulation to cheek feeding interference. Finally,the tool cutting path was transferred to G codes for NC machines. This study not only provides a case to manufacture seal production,but improves the effieieney of research & development on new produetions with complex surfaces.
