唐代后期行州行县问题考论

摘　　要：唐代后期的行州行县集中出现在抵御外族的边境与讨伐叛藩的前线两种特定的时空之中,通过个案考察与比较研究,可以揭示其与正州县之间存在的地方行政建制常规性与特殊性的复杂关系,以及区分交战双方空间距离的"界线"对于行州行县存续的重要意义。因权置故州县而设的行州行县与权置新州县以及权废州县,共同构成了唐代后期临时性州县置废运行实态的整体面貌,在中国古代政区演变过程中具有鲜明的特质。The temporary prefectures and districts in late Tang Dynasty appeared in borders and frontiers as the Court resisted aggression and suppressed rebellions.The paper,through cases study and comparative study,reveals the complex relationship between temporary prefectures and districts and the official ones,and also shows the important significance of boundary line to the existence of temporary prefectures and districts.The provisional establishment of old prefectures and districts and the new ones,as well as the provisional abolishment of prefectures and districts,reflected the distinct characteristics of the evolution of administrative division in the history of ancient China.
